- In a food processor, combine 200 grams of feta, ¼ cup plus 2 tablespoons of cream cheese, and lemon zest. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and blend until smooth.
- Spread the whipped feta on a serving plate and top with roasted tomatoes, including the juices. Drizzle honey on top.
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve immediately with grilled ciabatta bread.
