Step-by-Step Instructions for Vegan Garlic Noodles
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook according to package instructions, usually 8-10 minutes. Drain the pasta.
  2. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Slice green onions, keeping white parts separate from green tops.
  3. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add chopped garlic and splash of water, sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Add the white parts of the green onions to the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes until softened.
  5. Pour in the canned coconut milk and tamari, stirring well. Heat through for about a minute.
  6. Add the cooked pasta and green onion tops into the skillet. Toss everything to coat well.
