- Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions, around 10-12 minutes until al dente. Reserve 1 ladle of pasta water and drain the pasta.
- Sauté onion and garlic in a skillet with olive oil for about 3-4 minutes until translucent.
- Add cherry tomatoes and tomato paste, cook for 2-3 minutes until tomatoes soften, then deglaze with honey.
- Pour in cooking cream and reserved pasta water, stir and simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Fold in drained tuna, season with salt and pepper, and heat through for 1-2 minutes.
- Combine drained pasta with the sauce, toss gently and serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
