  • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt Adjust according to dietary needs.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Freshly Cracked Black Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream Can substitute with half-and-half.
For the Gnocchi
  • 2 packages Potato Gnocchi 16 oz each; gluten-free varieties available.
For the Finish
  • 2 balls Fresh Burrata Cheese Best served fresh.
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Basil Can substitute dried basil.

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Boil a large pot of salted water for the gnocchi.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add halved cherry tomatoes and cook until jammy.
  4. Season with red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and let simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Cook gnocchi in boiling water according to package instructions.
  7. Combine drained gnocchi with the sauce, adding reserved pasta water if needed.
  8. Garnish with burrata and basil before serving.
