Step-by-Step Instructions for Easy Creamy Pepper Sauce
  1. Melt the butter in a medium frying pan over medium heat until bubbling and foaming, about 1-2 minutes.
  2. Sauté finely chopped red onion for 3-4 minutes until soft and translucent.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional 30 seconds, stirring constantly.
  4. Sprinkle in fresh cracked black pepper, bay leaf, and fresh thyme, toasting for 1-2 minutes until aromatic.
