Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, beat 4 ounces of softened cream cheese with 1/2 cup powdered sugar until smooth. Set aside.
  2. Gently fold in 1/2 cup of Cool Whip into the cream cheese mixture until well combined, then spread into the crust.
  3. In a small saucepan, combine 1 package of peach jello and 1 package of cook-and-serve vanilla pudding with 1 1/4 cups of water and cook until thickened.
  4. Arrange drained canned sliced peaches on top of the cream cheese layer in the pie crust.
  5. Spoon cooled jello mixture over the peach slices, ensuring even coverage.
  6. Cover the pie and refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
