Instructions
- Soften the cream cheese by microwaving it for about 10 seconds until warm but not hot. Mix in granulated sugar and mint extract until smooth.
- Gradually add heavy cream and whole milk to the cream cheese mixture, mixing until well blended and sugar is dissolved. Optionally, stir in green food coloring.
- Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami pint and freeze tightly sealed for 24 hours.
- After freezing, attach the Creamerizer™ Paddle to the lid and place the pint into the Ninja Creami, ensuring it is locked in place.
- Select the ICE CREAM setting on the Ninja Creami and allow it to process the mixture.
- Create a hole in the center of the ice cream mixture and sprinkle in mini chocolate chips. Select the MIX-IN program to distribute the chocolate chips.
- Scoop and serve the mint chocolate chip ice cream into bowls or cones. Optional: garnish with whipped cream or fresh mint leaves.
