  • 3/4 cup Granulated Sugar Adjust according to taste
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract Opt for pure vanilla for best flavor
  • 2 cups Heavy Cream Dairy-free alternative: coconut cream
  • 1 cup Whole Milk Substitute with skim milk for lower fat
  • 1 tsp Mint Extract Use cautiously, it's potent

  • 1/2 cup Mini Chocolate Chips Dark chocolate chips for a richer flavor

Instructions
  1. Soften the cream cheese by microwaving it for about 10 seconds until warm but not hot. Mix in granulated sugar and mint extract until smooth.
  2. Gradually add heavy cream and whole milk to the cream cheese mixture, mixing until well blended and sugar is dissolved. Optionally, stir in green food coloring.
  3. Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami pint and freeze tightly sealed for 24 hours.
  4. After freezing, attach the Creamerizer™ Paddle to the lid and place the pint into the Ninja Creami, ensuring it is locked in place.
  5. Select the ICE CREAM setting on the Ninja Creami and allow it to process the mixture.
  6. Create a hole in the center of the ice cream mixture and sprinkle in mini chocolate chips. Select the MIX-IN program to distribute the chocolate chips.
  7. Scoop and serve the mint chocolate chip ice cream into bowls or cones. Optional: garnish with whipped cream or fresh mint leaves.
