Make the Dip
- Combine 1 cup of Greek yogurt, 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, and 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a mixing bowl and blend until smooth.
- Add 0.5 teaspoon of kosher salt, 0.5 teaspoon of onion powder, 0.25 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of dried parsley, and 0.5 teaspoon of dried dill weed. Stir well.
- If a thinner consistency is desired, add more apple cider vinegar gradually, mixing until smooth.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to let flavors meld.
- Before serving, stir the dip and adjust seasoning as needed. Serve with veggies, pita chips, or grilled meats.
