  1. Prep Ingredients: Wash and peel the Yukon Gold potatoes, then cut them into 1-inch chunks. Chop the boneless, skinless chicken into 1-inch pieces. Set aside.
  2. Make Sauce: In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, minced garlic, parmesan cheese, garlic parmesan sauce, milk, and chicken broth. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Combine Ingredients: Add chicken and potatoes to the slow cooker. Pour the sauce over and stir gently to combine.
  4. Season and Cook: Sprinkle cracked black pepper over the mixture, cover, and cook on high for 2½ to 3½ hours, or low for 4½ to 5½ hours.
  5. Add Cheese: Stir in mozzarella cheese until melted for about 2-3 minutes.
