Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced chicken, diced potatoes, and broccoli florets, alongside the shredded cheddar cheese. Pour in the chicken broth and melted butter, then sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix everything thoroughly.
- Grease a casserole dish with butter or cooking spray. Pour your chicken, potato, and broccoli mixture into the dish and spread it evenly.
- Cover the casserole dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
- After 45 minutes, carefully remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes to achieve a golden brown top.
- Allow the casserole to rest for 5–10 minutes before serving. Optionally, sprinkle extra cheese on top before serving.
