  2. Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness of about 1/2 inch.
  3. Lay a slice of ham and Swiss cheese on each chicken breast; roll tightly and secure with toothpicks.
  4. Coat each roll in flour, then dip in eggs, and finally roll in breadcrumbs.
  5. Sear each coated roll in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  6. Transfer the rolls to a greased baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
  7. Make the creamy sauce by melting butter, adding flour to create a roux, then whisking in milk and Parmesan.
