Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Season the chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the chicken for 5-7 minutes, flipping until golden brown and cooked through.
  2. In the same skillet, sauté sliced bell peppers and minced garlic over medium heat for 2-3 minutes until tender.
  3. Reduce the heat to low, add heavy cream and chicken broth, along with remaining Cajun seasoning. Simmer for 3-5 minutes until sauce thickens.
  4. Boil salted water and cook pasta according to package directions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Reserve a cup of pasta water before draining.
  5. Combine the chicken and drained pasta with the sauce in the skillet, stirring to coat. Adjust sauce consistency with reserved pasta water if needed.
  6. Remove from heat, garnish with parsley and Parmesan cheese, and serve warm.
