- In a mixing bowl, combine Biscoff cookie butter, granulated sugar, and mascarpone cheese. Whisk until creamy.
- Add cold heavy cream to the mascarpone mixture and whisk until stiff peaks form.
- Select your serving dish, either 4 individual cups or an 8x8-inch pan.
- Dip Biscoff cookies in freshly brewed coffee for about 2 seconds. Layer them in the prepared dish.
- Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the soaked cookies.
- Repeat the layering process with more cookies and remaining mascarpone mixture.
- Pipe any remaining mascarpone mixture on top for decoration.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
- Warm some Biscoff cookie butter and drizzle over the chilled tiramisu, then sprinkle crushed cookies on top.
