  • 1/3 cup Orange Marmalade Substitute with apricot preserves for a different flavor profile.
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Rosemary Dried rosemary can be used but offers less flavor.

  • to taste Salt Use sea salt for the best results.
  • to taste Pepper Use freshly cracked black pepper for better flavor.

Equipment

  • medium saucepan
  • baking sheet or roasting pan
  • Oven

Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium saucepan, combine cranberry juice, orange juice concentrate, orange marmalade, and chopped fresh rosemary. Simmer over medium heat for about 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens.
  2. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). This high temperature allows your turkey pieces to roast beautifully.
  3. Generously season your turkey pieces with salt and freshly cracked black pepper, rubbing it evenly.
  4. Place the turkey pieces skin-side up on a greased baking sheet or roasting pan. Brush half of the prepared glaze over the turkey and roast for approximately 60-90 minutes.
  5. Once cooked, remove the turkey from the oven and let it rest for 10-15 minutes before serving. Brush more glaze before serving.
