- In a medium saucepan, combine cranberry juice, orange juice concentrate, orange marmalade, and chopped fresh rosemary. Simmer over medium heat for about 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens.

- Generously season your turkey pieces with salt and freshly cracked black pepper, rubbing it evenly.
