  • 1 large Egg beaten for wash

Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. Spread the creamy mixture evenly over the puff pastry, then sprinkle with cranberries.
  4. Tightly roll the pastry from one edge and slice into ½-inch thick rounds to form pinwheels.
  5. Brush the pinwheels with beaten egg and arrange them on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
