  • 6 sheets Filo Pastry Thawed frozen
  • 1/2 cup Butter Melted
  • 8 oz Brie Cheese Cut into slices
  • 1/2 cup Cranberry Sauce Store-bought or homemade
  • 1/4 cup Almond Flakes Optional
For Garnishing
  • 1 tbsp Black Sesame Seeds Optional

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line two baking trays with parchment paper.
  2. Carefully cut your thawed filo pastry sheets into 36 squares, using approximately 6 sheets.
  3. Brush one square of filo pastry with melted butter for a crispy finish.
  4. Place a slice of brie, 1 teaspoon of cranberry sauce, and a sprinkle of almond flakes on one end.
  5. Roll the pastry tightly from the filled end and seal the ends.
  6. Arrange rolled crackers on baking trays and brush with remaining melted butter.
  7. Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving and garnish with fresh rosemary or chives.
