Method
 

Directions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a muffin tin with liners or grease each cup.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl for the swirl.
  6. Spoon half of the muffin batter into each liner and sprinkle with the cinnamon mixture.
  7. Top with remaining batter, ensuring the swirl is inside the muffins.
  8. Bake for 18-20 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  9. Whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract for the glaze.
  10. Drizzle the glaze over the muffins after cooling for 10 minutes.
