- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together 1 cup of milk, ½ cup of sour cream, and a can of cream of chicken soup until smooth and creamy. Stir in 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, a pinch of black pepper, and 2 cups of frozen mixed vegetables. Finally, fold in 3 cups of shredded cooked chicken, ensuring everything is well combined. Pour this filling into the prepared baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, prepare the Cheddar Bay biscuit mix according to the package instructions. Stir in 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
