Preparation

  3. Stir in 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper, 2 cups of frozen mixed vegetables, and 2 cups of cooked, shredded chicken.
  4. Pour the chicken mixture into the greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  5. Prepare the Cheddar Bay biscuit mix as per package instructions and fold in 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of the biscuit dough over the chicken mixture.
  7. Drizzle 2 tablespoons of melted butter over the biscuit topping and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
