  • 1 pkg Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix Shortcut for flavor
  • 2 tbsp Unsalted Butter For flavor

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Gather your frozen mixed seafood, heavy cream, biscuit mix, and vegetables. Rinse and pat dry the seafood.
  2. Melt 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add carrots and peas; sauté for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add the thawed mixed seafood to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until shrimp are pink and opaque.
  4. Pour in 1 cup of heavy cream, garlic powder, and dill weed. Stir and simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.
  5. Prepare Cheddar Bay Biscuit mix according to package instructions. Optionally fold in extra cheese.
  6. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Pour creamy seafood mixture into baking dish and dollop biscuit dough over the top.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the biscuit topping is golden brown and flaky.
  8. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving to let filling set.
