- Gather your frozen mixed seafood, heavy cream, biscuit mix, and vegetables. Rinse and pat dry the seafood.
- Melt 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add carrots and peas; sauté for 3-4 minutes.
- Add the thawed mixed seafood to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until shrimp are pink and opaque.
- Pour in 1 cup of heavy cream, garlic powder, and dill weed. Stir and simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.
- Prepare Cheddar Bay Biscuit mix according to package instructions. Optionally fold in extra cheese.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Pour creamy seafood mixture into baking dish and dollop biscuit dough over the top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the biscuit topping is golden brown and flaky.
