Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large skillet, add oil and sauté the celery, onion, and bell peppers for 5–7 minutes until softened.
  3. Fold in the shrimp and crab meat, cooking for 3–4 minutes until just opaque.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and sprinkle the Cajun seasoning; simmer for 2–3 minutes until thickened.
  5. Transfer the filling to a pie dish and cover with puff pastry, crimping the edges to seal.
  6. Cut slits in the pastry to vent steam during baking.
  7. Bake in the oven for 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Cool for 5–10 minutes before serving, garnished with parsley.
