  • 1 cup Strawberries sliced
  • 1 large Orange sliced
  • 1 medium Cucumber diced
  • 1/4 medium Red Onion thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup Feta Cheese optional, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup Walnuts or Pecans toasted, optional
For the Vinaigrette
  • 3 tablespoons Olive Oil or avocado oil
  • 2 tablespoons Orange Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Honey or Maple Syrup for sweetness
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mixed salad greens, strawberries, orange slices, cucumber, and red onion.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the olive oil, orange juice, lemon juice, honey, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Drizzle the vinaigrette over the salad, tossing gently to coat without bruising the greens.
  4. Sprinkle feta cheese and walnuts or pecans on top, if using.
  5. Serve immediately in shallow bowls.
