- Start by placing frozen blueberries, water, freshly squeezed lemon juice, lemon zest, and honey into a food processor. Blend the mixture for about 30 seconds or until it achieves a creamy, smooth consistency.
- Once you have a smooth blend, pour the mixture into a loaf pan or a deep glass container. Use a spatula to spread it evenly.
- Place the covered container in the freezer and allow the sorbet to freeze for a minimum of one hour. Check the firmness of the sorbet after this time.
- Once the sorbet is adequately frozen, take it out of the freezer and use a scoop to dish out into serving bowls.
