Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add chopped onion and sauté until light golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
  2. Add ground beef to the skillet and brown for 5-7 minutes, breaking meat apart until no pink remains.
  3. Reduce heat to medium, add garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, mix lager beer with cornstarch until smooth. Stir into beef mixture and cook for 2-3 minutes until thickened. Season with salt and pepper.
