Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Toss cauliflower with olive oil, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  3. Spread cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Roast cauliflower for 20–25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet, add onion, and sauté until translucent (3-4 minutes).
  6. Stir in minced garlic and cook for an additional 30 seconds.
  7. Add ground beef, breaking it apart, and cook until browned (6-8 minutes).
  8. Mix in spices and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  9. Remove from heat, stir in lime juice and cilantro.
  10. Assemble by placing cauliflower at the bottom, topping with beef mixture and garnishes.
