- In a medium bowl, combine the shredded cooked chicken breast with your favorite BBQ sauce. Stir well and let sit for about 5 minutes.
- In a large bowl, gently mix the coleslaw mix with mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- If using, fold in chopped cilantro and sliced green onions to the coleslaw mixture. Mix again to combine.
- Lay a tortilla flat and place a spoonful of BBQ chicken mixture followed by a heap of coleslaw mixture in the center.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll tightly from the bottom up to seal the fillings inside.
