  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup BBQ Sauce plus additional for glazing
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs gluten-free options can be used
  • 1 medium Onion finely diced
  • 1 large Egg beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Gather all your ingredients and equipment.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and shape it into a loaf.
  4. Brush your favorite BBQ sauce over the top of the shaped meatloaf.
  5. Bake for approximately 45 minutes until it reaches an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
  6. Remove from oven and let it rest for about 10 minutes before slicing.
