Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
  2. Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into 12 squares.
  3. Press each pastry square into the muffin tin to form cups.
  4. Place a cube of brie cheese in each pastry cup.
  5. Top each cube with about half a teaspoon of cranberry sauce.
  6. Optionally sprinkle chopped candied pecans on top.
  7. Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  8. Let cool for 5 minutes and garnish with fresh rosemary before serving.
