- Start by rinsing the fresh cucumbers under cool water. Use a potato peeler to create alternating strips, leaving some skin on. Slice into 18 equal, round pieces about half an inch thick.
- In a medium bowl, combine the whipped cream cheese with 2 tablespoons of Everything Bagel Seasoning. Mix thoroughly until well blended for a smooth texture.
- Fit a piping bag or ziplock bag with a star tip. Fill the bag with the cream cheese mixture, about two-thirds full.
- Pipe a generous swirl of the cream cheese mixture on top of each cucumber slice, starting from the center and working outward.
- Sprinkle each bite with additional Everything Bagel Seasoning for extra flavor and visual appeal. Arrange on the serving platter neatly.
