Preparation Steps
- In a small bowl, combine 1 cup of Greek yogurt, 2 cloves of grated garlic, the juice of half a lemon, and a pinch of salt. Mix until smooth and set aside.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add 1 diced yellow onion. Sauté for about 5 minutes until soft. Stir in 1 tablespoon of paprika, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, and 1 teaspoon of cumin, cook for 1 minute. Add 1 pound of ground beef, break apart and cook until browned, then season with salt, pepper and 2 tablespoons of tomato paste.
- Melt 4 tablespoons of butter in a saucepan over low heat for 2-3 minutes. Sprinkle in 1 tablespoon of paprika and swirl to bubble. Remove from heat to let flavor develop.
- Combine cooked pasta with the spiced beef mixture in a large bowl, tossing for 2 minutes to coat evenly.
- Plate the pasta, dollop garlic yogurt on top, drizzle with paprika butter, and garnish with cherry tomatoes, feta, and parsley.
