Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C) if using a pre-made crust that requires baking.
  2. Follow the package instructions to prepare your pre-made pie crust, typically baking for around 15 minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of vanilla yogurt, 1/4 cup of sugar, and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice; stir until smooth.
  4. Puree 1 cup of strawberries and 1 cup of blueberries in separate bowls until smooth.
  5. Spoon half of the yogurt mixture into the cooled crust, layer in the strawberry puree, followed by the remaining yogurt mixture, and finish with the blueberry puree, gently swirling together.
  6. Top with whipped cream, chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
